- Latest 6 months’ salary slips
- Latest 6 months’ bank account statements indicating salary credited
- Latest tax assessment Form B with receipt
- Latest EPF statement
- Other documents as may be required by bank/financial institution
Documents required – Self-employed applicants
- Booking receipt of the property to be purchased
- Photocopy of title deed, if available
- Photocopy of identity card (for Malaysians) or passport (for non-Malaysians)
- Company Registration Form, i.e. Form 24, Form 49 and M&A or other relevant documents
- Latest financial statements
- Latest 6 months’ bank statements
- Latest tax assessment
- Other documents as may be required by bank/ financial institution
Loan application from government:
Requirements
- Permanent government employees
- Malaysian
- Application form submitted 1 year prior to retirement/termination of service
- Served at least 1 year
- A confirmed employee
- Not a bankruptcy, debtor or a person subject to disciplinary action
- Joint loans of husband and wife, to convert loans between husband and wife, and two loans applicants as stated in the SPA must be accompanied by a copy of the marriage certificate or marriage registration certified by the Head of Department

- Latest original salary slip
- Original cover letter from your Head of Department
- Certified copy of confirmation letter for Jawatan Berpencen who has deducted EPF by Head of Department
- Certified copy of confirmation letter for your current position and grade by Head of Department
- Certified copy of identity card by Head of Department
- Certified copy of title deed by solicitor/developer
- Certified copy of SPA by solicitor
- Borang Akuan Pemilihan Insurans/Takaful
- Borang 2 – Surat Persetujuan Menyelesaikan Baki Hutang Pinjaman Perumahan Serta Faedah/Keuntungan Dari Gaji, Apa-apa Faedah Persaraan dan Terimaan Daripada Kerajaan
